Studio Beretta and La Fontana have designed a new residential complex symbolising renovation and hospitality. Beretta Associati, founded by Gianmaria and Roberto Beretta, is a historic Milanese architectural firm with over fifty years of experience in architectural design. Today, headed by the architect Federico Aldin, it continues to stand out both in Italy and abroad. The firm’s collaboration in the design of Porta Mentana offers unique added value and a guarantee of excellence and quality.

Porta Mentana is an urban regeneration project that restores an emblematic area of Monza, transforming it into a contemporary living context. Its inner courtyard serves as a private forum, offering a meeting place immersed in light and nature. Here, greenery reigns supreme: every plant is chosen and positioned with care to guarantee privacy and well-being, granting you an oasis of tranquillity that springs from the desire to rewrite the relationship between the home and the city.

The residential project consists of 57 apartments—ranging from studio flats to three-bedroom apartments—developed around the inner courtyard.
Each unit enjoys outdoor spaces and bright environments, along with communal areas for socialising and connecting. The original entry arch has been preserved as a period architectural feature: a symbolic door between past and future. A conservative renovation that values the historical heritage of Monza. The Cotto d’Este façade, architectural lines, refined interiors and integrated home automation make this a unique project in Monza.
